Are you a legal practitioner interested in arbitration? Do you struggle to find meaningful ways to break into the Alternative Dispute Resolution fields? Then Young AFSA may be for you. Young AFSA is a pilot project with the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. It seeks to introduce new practitioners into the field of arbitration and ADR and to also assist parties with a lower quantum matter to find suitable arbitrators.
The project includes inter alia: –
- Mentorship projects with Students to introduce them to the concept of ADR
- Skills development on the African Continent in Arbitral Clerkship
